LINDEGAARD MISSES TEAM BUS
Anders lindegaard has risked the fury of Alex Ferguson by missing the team bus. Staff at United's London hotel, The Landmark, had scheduled post-match drinks and 'chill-out' rooms for the players following their 3-1 defeat to Barcelona on Saturday night.
The muted party, attended by around 300 people, went on into the early hours but United's squad were up and ready to leave the Marylebone Road hotel at noon on Sunday.
Instead of waiting for the Danish goalkeeper, an unimpressed Sir Alex Ferguson told the bus to leave so they could catch their scheduled return to Manchester at 1pm.
Team-mates tried to contact Lindegaard but it is understood he didn't wake until around 2.30pm when the train was approaching Crewe.
